Looking for Gestational Carrier in South Carolina

My wife was born with 3 heart deffects (all of which have been repaired one with a procedure called the Fontan Procedure). Because of the Fontan Procedure, it makes it very risky for her to carry a child. We have been looking into adoption or surrogacy and it seems there are just too many barriers to overcome with surrogacy. The biggest of all the barriers being financial. That is why we are looking for a surrogate to carry our child for little or no compensation. I do not even know if there are any woman out there who would be interested in doing this. That is why I am reaching out. We both love God and figure the only way to know which way he wants us to go is to pray and get our story out there to as many people as we can.
