Everyone on this site, PLEASE PRAY FOR ME and my mom and grandma.
I am asking everyone on this website to please pray for me and my mom and grandma. I am in a lot of pain right now because my mom just called me on the phone a few minutes ago and told me our worst fears that we have been having about grandma. The words hit me like being stabbed with a knife. She has Cancer and her time is limited my mom said.

Fighting my first cold of the pregnancy
Well we are about 4 weeks we have our first doctor visit on March 31. I have come down with a nasty cold. I love being pregnant accept when I get a cold. I miss my claritin and other remedies I would normally use to fight it off. I really really wish I could use them. Insted I'm trying tea and I have gel face mask which helps some. Lots and Lots of sleep yesterday. No real time for sleep today. At least I can sleep at night knowing the baby wont have a third arm or anything crazy from tea and fa… Continue
Insems over the weekend...
I hope everyone had an awesome weekend! It was pretty eventful for us as we had a dinner and a birthday party to go to. All the while, we managed to get 2 insems done (one on Saturday and another on Sunday). What's weird is that Kim isn't testing positive on her ovulation yet. Although she is regular - her cycle is between 28 & 29 days, calculations indicated that she was supposed to ovulate sometime this weekend. She tested again this morning and still got a neg result. Need to Vent...................
So hello everyone Iam currently 2 weeks and 2 days prego and couldnt be happier for my IP's. But my bootie is sooooo freaking sore. My DH is giving me my shots every evening and he use to be so good at it , sometimes I didnt even feel it, I was so proud of him. Now here comes the big BUT. They're starting to hurt so bad and burn when the meds are injected when the didnt use to. It hurt me so bad the other night I literally cried . Katherine and I are looking to have a baby to complete our family . We have tried IVF but regret that her ladies parts are just not up to it. My sperm and her ova work OK.. Well, my IP's are currently looking for a new GS due to the blood clot that has formed in my leg. They really want to find someone local but they are having a hard time. My IM contacted me last week and asked if I would consider being their GS again once everything is done with my leg.
I am still interested but there are some new factors. My husband is being deployed at the end of the year. If I do go ahead and be a GS for this family again he will be gone for almost the entire pregnanc… Continue

expanding horizons
This is just a little to post to encourage IPs. I know most of you want to find your surro (GS or TS) located as close to you as possible for convenience. I completely understand wanting to be more easily able to be involved in the pregnancy. However, sometimes that perfect match might not be "right next door". The best path to travel is not always the easiest to get to. I've seen plenty of matches finally happen when a set of IPs decided to expand the area in which they were willing to look
