Hey, I'm glad my page inspired you! How wonderful. From the moment I was matched with my previouse IP's I knew that breast feeding was something I would love. I never for a moment thought I would have any attachment issues but I was worried my IP's would so I didn't ask. Around 30 weeks pregnant they told me that they really wanted thier baby to have the colostrum so I made my move. I offered to let them stay in my home and I breastfeed until my milk comes in. They wouldn't agree for sure but in the end they ended up taking my up on my offer. It was wonderful and they agreed. It made things a bit easier for them and they loved staying at my house. That is why I want to go Independent this time. The agency I was with was adamantly against breastfeeding and tried to scare my IP's out of it. I am so glad they trusted me and didn't listen. I have heard of some surrogates wanted to breast feed as well but usually the IP's aren't ok with it. It doesn't hurt to ask or you could talk about it before being matched. For me personally it really helped me emotionally. I felt like I had my special time with her and the IP's by the time they left.
If you are interested in being an egg donor you will probably get asked these questions. what is your Height, hair and eye color. Also genetics...do you have any disease or illness in your family. Are you taking any medication. Things like that.
