- GS is gestational carrier. Your egg, his sperm she carries the baby! TS is surrogates egg and your husbands sperm!! There are alot of articles that will explain it a little more in depth but that is the basic jist of it. The is also a list of acronyms used in the surrogacy world. Look under the forum page and you will find it!! Good luck in your seach!!
