I want to become a surrogate, but my husband is not on board.
I've decided to be patient with hubby and continue to keep ties with the wonderful people on this website. I believe that after him and I have a baby together, and he experiences pregnancy with me he will be more open to the idea.
Ultimatly, I believe in my heart he will support me no matter what. So, until that wonderful day comes that he decides he's going to back me up 100% I am going to continue to research the subject and build relationships in the surro community
In the mean time I am currently donating my eggs. I'm a two time donor. One donation locally in 04/09 and the second in Montreal, Canada on 09/09

- It goes!..at this point, I'm being extra cautious. I'll just see what happens. If I find the right couple within the next month or so, then great! If not, my old boss would love to have me back at work and maybe I'll go back and then try all of this again later on. I think things happen for a reason, or Don't happen for a reason, and only time will tell!

- I can't believe I'm so close now. It will be almost one year to the day since my DH gave me the green light on surrogacy! No side effects with the lupron, thank GOD! I go for my down regulation ultrasound on Monday, so I'm hoping I will start more meds then!

- hey Jenn, my sister has donated her eggs locally where she lives and is now on this site and would like to donate again. She is not sure, if contacted on her to be an ED how to go about things because she donated at a clinic where they took care of everything...she's not sure when someone asks her how much she is looking to be compensated, what all that includes..should she quote an all inclusive price to include travel, meds, and anything else, or a base price, plus any travel, meds....ect...does that make sense? What is the process when not working with an agency? Her name is Jaclyn...she is one of my friends...if you want to leave her a msg or check out her page...thanks!!
