What kind of background check did you do? You state that next time you will have your Attorney oversee the contract. These two things are very important. Like I said in a previous post I typed her name into google and the first few items pulled up are stories of her trying to kill her children and having them removed from her custody. Let this be a lesson to IP's out there research,psych exam,medical testing,a good attorney,and get to know your SM do not rush into Journey. Good luck to you I hope you are able to find a resolution.

i have to agree...we are not planning on missing any of the scans or important apts.

but as already known,its so easy to get a pic via google images or any baby site and remove the origonal info,ive seen it done on another site,the ips were none the wiser till surrogate says at 21wks that baby had died..ips rushed to the hospital they thought she was at,having got last min plane tickets,only to find out the hospital never hear of the surrogate

Actually I was supposed to go to the first scan, but Stacey uninvited us and since we still did not know what doc she had choosen we could not show up any-way.

She was good with us going to all the appointments, scans and wanted us there for the birth. We thought she uninvited us cuz she wasn't really pregnant.

I'm so sorry for all you've been through. IF it's any consolation, my gut tells me she wasn't even pregnant. Of course I could be wrong. Either way it's a bad situation.

My name is Caitlin and I want to help people. I love animals and I have a small dog and cat. I have always wanted to help people but never knew how and I believe this would be a great way. I am in college but will graduate soon and my Fiancee has joined the army. We are to be married 3-26-10. I have NEVER had an std and I have a clear bill of health (will see a doctor if need be) I have also never drank nor smoked nor tried drugs of any kind. The only money I would need is to cover the doctor fees, food cravings, and any compensation for gas if i drove myself to see you. I do not want to charge someone for a gift of life because it is unfair when it should be free yet I do understand the need for baby related fees (food and doctor bills) to be paid by the future parents.
