Seeking Empowered Woman for Documentary
My partner and I are looking for a woman willing to share her story about her journey of becoming a surrogate mother to pay for her college eduction loans. Our documentary is about the things people are willing to do to pay for college. This is not to make the situation look sad or to make people feel bad for people in the situation (as documentaries often do), only to share with people things that people are participating in to pay back their loans. I have received a lot of criticism about my subject and I believe that people are miss interpreting my position. I understand women do this for a variety of reasons, mostly to help a family have a child they could not have on their own. I just want to restate, this is not a documentary about surrogacy, it just falls into my subject which is about paying back debt from college. I will do the documentary. It is important to know what women willd o to go to college or to pay off loans or debt or wether or not they are doing the surrogant pregnancy to actually help others in their quest to have a child. Everyone has their reason.

If you are going to get involved in a documentary for *surrogacy*, you should probably understand the difference between a surrogate and surrogant.

well i guess those who really are offended by it feel they are not doing it for the right reasons anyways so... Oh, I am sorry surrogate mother. My whole point behind it is if this person was really looking to just to show people how women can go through life changing events to go through a surrogacy pregnancy( better for yah? i would definately hate to disappoint people on my spelling) in order to get the money to pay off any bills or to just help someone out, I would definately try to help them out. I can not do it because I am not qualified enough. I smoke cigarrettes and I have two children already through C section who were born at ten in a half pounds each so really save your issues with my spelling for more of the problems with why orphans dont have homes, or the elderly can not afford to pay their bills or with something with your own problems. Oh, let me guess none of you have none.

So, you aren't a surrogate, yet you are offering to do a documentary on surrogacy? How is that possible if you don't even have the experience? With your opinion? I'm not being snarky, I'm just trying to understand the thought process. I was a Surrogate and now an Intended Mother - not everyone gets involved in surrogacy for the money. I certainly did not.
