ISO GS in Illinois or Texas / midwest
We are looking for a GS in the areas mentioned because of location. We live in a non-surro friendly state that has few IVF clinics (that have only been around a few years) and their costs for proceedures are through the roof to boot.

We are preferring a midwest state with laws that ensure surro contract success such as Illinois or Texas.
