Just curious...do IPs ever place dietary restrictions in their contracts with surrogates?

I have known some that do. Some want surros who are strictly vegitarian and my IP would prefer I only eat organic while pregnant HOWEVER it is not in our legal contract because believe you if this works there is NO way your telling me at 8 months pregnant in the middle of the night if I am craving an In-N-Out burger that I can't have one! LOL

i personally wouldnt ask my surro to change her diet/habits,as i had the occasional drink and smoked while preggy with my son.that wouldnt be right to tell her not to do something ive done.
but saying that...anything in moderation is safe and its not as if as soon as you get preggy you decide to over indulge

IMPO, that's unethical. Diet is something between OB and patient, period. As well as activity level, bed rest, method of birth, etc...I know some IP's slip it in, with or with the SM understanding it...but I am pretty sure it's not enforceable.
